Our Experience

Overview of a Waffle Factory Shop

  • Waffle Factory® is the result of the experience of Belgaufre, the parent company, manufacturing frozen dough for waffles since 1987. The company exports for many years its semifinished products to most European countries, as well as to other continents. Its head office is based in Tournai, close to the French boarder. The know how of the waffle business, famous Belgian pastry, brings to the concept an accurate knowledge of the marketing in the take away sales.
  • Perfection of a "Mix" allowing the same quality of dough to be reproduced anywhere, meeting the strictest requirements.
  • Total mastery of dough production, both sweet and savoury, has enabled the first waffle meal to be developed, the real exclusivity of our concept; currently the only one on the market proposing a stuffed savoury waffle, which is easy to eat without soiling ones clothes.
  • Real added value as it is made in front of the consumer, thus guaranteeing the product's safety and freshness, its new taste and that it is served hot.
  • Expansion possibilities from enlarging the assortment (development in progress).
  • The concept diverts between 2% and 4% of passers-by in front of the point of sale.
  • A strong graphic identity that corresponds to the market's trends and demands.
  • A defined specification, validated in terms of establishments, useful surface areas, installations and services.

The only specialist in waffles and their many varieties.
